Pel uw rode ui. Snijd in dunne reepjes <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Koken<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Gaar het vlees:<\/strong> schroei uw stukken vlees in een zeer hete pan met olijfolie aan alle 4 de kanten dicht en plaats ze in uw op 50\u00b0 voorverwarmde oven. Laat 3 tot 4 uur garen. <\/li>\n<li><strong>De wortelen glaceren:<\/strong> Om uw wortelen te glaceren, voegt u water toe halverwege de groenten, plat in de pan gelegd. Zorg ervoor dat ze niet op elkaar liggen. Voeg een klontje boter, zout en peper toe. Wacht tot het kookvocht stroperig wordt en het water verdampt is.   <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Dressuur<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Snijd het vlees in vierkantjes. Schik ze harmonieus op uw bord.
